Transcription
We work to transcription industry standards whereby 10 to 15 minutes of speech would be expected to take one hour to transcribe. Please note that poor quality recordings and document formatting will require additional time.
Document Formatting
From dissertations to business reports, office forms to official stationery, or meetings of minutes to business correspondence, we can format your documents, as per your specifications, either in hard copy or electronically.
Proof Reading
No time to proof read your latest advert before sending it to your publisher, or do you want someone just to check over your design for a new flyer before you send it to the printers? – Then we can help. We can proof read your documents to check for accuracy, readability, clarity and suitability. If required we can make suggestions for any possible improvements.
Business Letter Writing
Our team of professionals have several years experience in writing all forms of business letter, including letters of complaint, responses to letters of complaint, letters to suppliers, letters chasing invoices and formal notices to employees. Just tell us what you want to say and we will write your letter for you.
Report Writing
We can convert and represent your raw data according your set parameters, produce systematic reports or summaries of findings. We also offer a report editing service where we will check your report for logical structure, ease of navigation, accuracy, user-friendly language and composition, and relevance.
Archiving
Do you find that electronic archiving, or filing, of your documents, media or emails never seems to get to the top of your priorities but always loiters on your ‘to do’ list? Let us help you. We can archive your electronic information, as you require. Also with the correct access we can undertake this task out of normal business hours allowing you to continue with your work during the day.
